Hawkesbury Tonight

A friend and i are planning a trip up to the hawkesbury tonight to chase some jew, only problem is ive checked the weather and it aint lookin pretty. If there are any locals out there that can advise me as to whether the 25-30 knot winds for closed waters coming from the north east (predicted) can be felt if we are fishing the northern side of the rail bridges (we'll be in a boat).
