riley93 Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 (edited) went for my first flick with blades and a bit of plactics in the lake, just got small flatties and bream, ltlle reds and tarwhine. any tips to get around the small ones? Edited November 16, 2008 by riley93
Bream Mad Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Good start mate only tips would be identify the BEST structure and fish it, that is were the best fish usually are. for bigger flatties use bigger lures they have mega mouths and can easily swallow little whiting. cheers bm
bluedog Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 yeah those blades have got me keen to try them as well. well done on the catch mate
Steve07 Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Not a bad day out,at least a good variety of fish even if the small one's where being a pest.
