Fishing Jervis Bay....

Hey All

I wonder if anyone can give me pointers for fishing Jervis Bay?

I've fished there quite a few times before, but keen to learn more about the bay, and check out a few new spots.

I normally head out of Callala Bay Ramp, over to Honeymoon Bay for some Squid, then off to middle ground or long-nose point for Kingfish/snapper.

What other spots should I try? In particular - around the headlands or Bowen island? Any good flathead spots? Any other good kingy spots? I've got the fisheries map that shows me all the best fishing zones - coloured Red (how nice of them to show us the best spots! Just kidding ;-)

No need to give me secret spots - just whatever is fairly public.

I'm heading for a day on the bay on Thursday (which is looking like there's going to be a fair northerly blowing :-(
