They call it 'Catfish Noodling'. The swimmer dives down the steep sides of the bank to the 'burrows' that the catfish sit in. They stick their hand in.... wiggle it around a bit. and the fish jumps on. Never thought about my fingers as a potential lure before seeing this stuff on the net.
