steve76 Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 hey guys im new to the forum and im just wondering if anyone knows any good fishing areas around chain valley bay or there abouts , i come from berkeley vale on the central coast and im sick of fishing tuggerah lakes and catching nothing but small bream ect , so i thought id give lake mcqaurie a go ill be using sp and possibly some live poddys ...........any help appreciated cheers steve oh i shouldve mentioned landbased areas as i dont have a boat Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BTK Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 i had the same probelm as i do not have a boat either so i started Fishing off of the beaches, caught some nice fish and its good because you rarely catch any of the small undersize fish u dnt want. Viking Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 LB spots to try: Chain Valley Bay South - Northern end of the boat ramp.. cast into channel - Karigon creek ( right of the CVB boat ramp) , there a few jetties..cast on the sand flats.
