new2fishing Posted January 29, 2009 Share Posted January 29, 2009 Hi Raiders, Went to a local fishing store last night in campbelltown and saw them selling a Garlic Scent in a spray bottle for soft and hard plastic lures - Does anyone know from experience if its helped them catch fish better??????? Hodgey Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 I found Spike It garlic scent was very effective on impoundment bass, many years ago. I would only dip the last cm of the plastic into it. Hint: Don't spill it on your powder-coated boat or carpet Nowadays, I use a tube of either Ultrabite or Megastrike.
