How Many Use Baitcasters?

Just curious as to how many of you use or have used baitcasters? Does it depend on your target species etc?

I first started using baitcasters when I went to Darwin back in '97 chasing barramundi! Had an Abu 6500 "Daintree" with Abu 5'6" glass tip rod. Biggest barra I caught was 1.2m

Lately I have been using 1000/2000 size spin reels. My old Abu died so I finally replaced her with a Shimano Calcutta 400B on a G-Loomis GL2.

I also have a Shimano Calcutta 50B on a G-Loomis GL3 which I might start flicking SP's and small lures for bream etc.

I enjoy using baitcasters, especially trolling.
