slinkymalinky Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 G'day Rob, Have a look at Hodgey's How To article about bream on poppers Click here! Cheers, Slinky
braddles Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 Any 2-4kg rod would do mate, 1-3kg if you want some fun.
bob mcdonald Posted February 16, 2009 Author Posted February 16, 2009 had a look at a few rods over the weekend ,liked the nitro 1-3 kg and the berkley dropshot have you raders used these and what are your thoughts. thanks rob

It depends on your budget. If you're looking to spend Nitro money, have a look at the Shimano T-Curve range too. Cheers, Tony
Tablets Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Rob, A 2-4kg graphite rod around 7ft or maybe a bit longer up to 7ft6" since you are landbased will be fine. Sorry havent used the Nitro's but have read good reports on them. As to your choice of Nitro vs Berkley dropshot, I would definately go for the Nitro. Regards Paul
