Guest MRSIWANNAJEWY Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Graduated my certificate III in Aged Care on the 30th Jan after 12 wks in the classroom and 2 wks work experience. Had an interview at the place I did work experience yesterday and got a phone call today to say I got the job. Woo hoo! Have orientation on Thursday, then just have to wait for my first shift.
mrsswordfisherman Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Well done there Look after all those residents and be proud to be an aged care nurse Cheers mrsswordfisherman
arpie Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 That is good news! It can be difficult getting into work when you move to the coast - good thinking to get into 'aged care' - Forster has a large aged community! They don't call it 'God's Waiting Room' for nothing! Terrific news Roberta

glennmreid Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Congratulations on getting that job. It is a worthwhile career. A good job to get into considering the large ageing population in that area.
