Vodaphone/aapt Mobile Phone Outage On North Coast

Hi all

Seems a lot of the north coast has a major problem with the mobile phone network being 'down'.

Anyone else affected by this big mobile phone outage? Any other providers affected too?

I have had no coverage since Wednesday & have been told they have no idea when it will be up again!

Very annoying!

Hi Roberta, I am with aapt and we dont have a problem out here at Bathurst...it drives me mad as hell when they dont give you an answer.. As if they dont have any idea? But, I have found that aapt is more helpfull than Telstra.. Best of luck

Hi Roberta,

The phone companies have an agrement with emergency calls so that if a network is down you can use any other available network to make an emergency call.

Good for us.
