2 New Yo Zuris Want To Test Tonight -- Help Please!

Posted (edited)

Hey All.

Over the past couple of days i've purchased two new yo zuri jigs - one in a natural colour size 2.0 and the other in a fluro pink size 1.8 .. I'm happy to drive anywhere around the harbour area or even botany bay/ hacking area - as i have 4 hours up my sleeve tonight ( landbased ).

I'm based in surry hills ( work ) and can go either way. I know it's raining , i know the water is murky but i'm just dying to get these buggers on the water for a flick no matter what..

Anyone able to recommend any good landbased spots ? I only know of walleys wharf so far, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks gang

Im gunna go on my first fishing trip in 3-4 weeks tonight and that will be squiding at bass and flinders at cronulla it'll require head light and quite a walk and climb cancelled iff it continues to rain

Hi Archie A Dawg has the right idea, squid don't like too much fresh, but don't give Walleys wharf away as being a dead end river and more of a series of bays, the Hacking gets its salinity back pretty quick.

hey urchin,

Could i ask whereabout in balmoral ? i've got no bloody idea

Wherever the Tiger Sharks aren't :1prop:

Off the wharf can be good, also around the beaches near it like cobblers, then off the rocks at wy-ar-gine point off to the left.

Don't go near cobblers or the point there at night from land. Far to many undesirables are hanging for male to male companionship and no lights

Bloody good advice. Greg kicked many undesirables out of the area in the weeeeee small hours of the night who had ventured too far into naval territory.
