Megabite Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Hi all Im am moving from sydney to the Sunshine coast north of Brisbane at the middle of this year.Over the past months have got to know the good fishing areas in Sydney well but know nothing about North coast. can anyone give me some info about fishing round Brisbane? Im going to live in North lakes 50km north of Brisbane.I have a boat so will be fishing offshore. Thanks Wayne

Hodgey Hi there thanks for the info i will go fishing just about anyware but will mostly be going out on my boat,so pffshore and any where one can fish on a boat. cheers
ilove2fish76 Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 HI Mate Should try offshore from Mooloolabah, i think it' called the barwen banks. It' around 30nm offshore, holds all types of reef fish and pelagics. Good luck......
