reeseman Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Hi all, went down to Bundeena with a mate last night fishing off rocks, ended up getting 36 Tailor 2 pike and 2 calamari. We were using jst pillies under a float with a glow stick stuck in. Got down there around 6pm but the fun didnt really begin until 11pm (change of tide), My mate got some massive bites one straightened the gang hooks a bit but didnt stay on, we stopped at 2:30am to start cleaning the fish. Heard they get a few kingies around there, but no luck, i even threw a live squid under a float! Has anyone caught a kingie around that area?
Basil D Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 mate good work, was it on the right side of bundeena towards the ocean you caught those
reeseman Posted February 20, 2009 Author Posted February 20, 2009 mate good work, was it on the right side of bundeena towards the ocean you caught those Nope it was on the inside, off the rocks that are on the left of that little beach there. my mates are goin back tonight to try their luck again. I have been there a few times before and waited for 10 hours and caught nothing, so im convinced its all about the change of the tide
A.dawg Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 DOnt think the kingies will be out at night but have seen kingies come out off there nice feed of fish btw
