Belly Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Got up early and checked out the window, didn't appear to be much wind so decided to go out even though strong winds were predicted. Arrived at the ramp at 6.30am and went to a spot near Kurnell where dad landed a 38cm bream in the rain last trip. Tried Satay chicken gulps for the first time, landed two nice flatheads at 40cm each. Then dad gets nailed and after a good fight lands a 40cm bream which is now his new PB. The wind the started gust and we persisted for another one hour or so for two more flatties 52cm & 43cm It was a slow trip back to the ramp into the westerly wind. At least I will be dining on flathead fillets tonight.
nemo1203 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Fat bream mate, and a good feed for the BBQ. Carnt complain about that well done.
