Fishing Spots In Sydney

Wanting to go for landbased flick with lure and plastics. Does anyone now any reliable fishing spots where you can eat the fish from. Gettin a bit sick of catching keeper bream and flatties that i cant eat . Was thinking maybe rose bay wharf or roseville bridge.
