A.dawg Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 When u park at the carpark good to walk about 50 m up the beach towards boat harbour find a good spot and cast for salmon and tailor PS ALOT OF SHARKS ATM you wont have a chance unless really heavy leader and mainline maybe good to try for jew too... I'd also take a lighter rod/rig and put out a beachworm, bloodworm or pippie for the chance of a whiting, tarwhine or bream. Try and check out the beach before it's dark. capo dei capi Posted March 8, 2009 Author Share Posted March 8, 2009 YEHHHHHH i realised lmao me n sum friends went down tonight... terrible weather raining and windy caught we managed a decent flattie and a few average samon and about 1 tonne of weed... highlight of the night was the massive run i got which was followed by a 30 minute slug fest between me and wat ever was on my line.... i had about 10kg line pretty sure it was a shark... but will never no..... what ever it was won the fight i couldnt do anything but listen 2 my drag go on and on and on thanks 4 the info raiders Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
