Filleting Flatties

ive heard alot of people say they fillet there flatties, (i dont usually fillet fish i just wrap them up in foil and cook the whole fish with butter and garlic) and i would like to know how? particularly flatties because i catch them most. if anyone can post a link to some information preferably with some pictures? or just write a little explanation if its pretty simple.

definately worth the time to fillet and bone them they make awesome fillets for fish burgers or if you get a big enuff bag they make awesome fish cocktails in a seafood gnosh up along with some squid garries and other seafood stuff hmmm basically simple method is watching the spines run a thin flexible very sharp knife down on an angle folling the head as a guide down to the spine then follow the spine out till the end of the tail simple quick and relatively painless if you miss the spines
