BUSTER 1
Late post went for a spin in the bay on Monday, thought after all the rain and wind the flathead might be on the bite but it turned out to be dead managed a few small flattys and a couple of small bream,I was about give it away when what I thought was a school of tailor broke the water close to the boat so I flicked my SP into them and bingo a big hit I thought it was a rat king but a second later it jumped clear of the water and 10 minutes later I boated a large sambo so the day was not a complete loss ,a quick pic and he back on his way
james7
That's a great salmon Buster! 60cm!!! And how much fun are they when they start jumping!! It's a shame they're no good to eat because they're a top fighting fish on light gear. By the look of it, there was also a bit of weed in the water. Hodgey
Great sambo mate That's a terrific outfit you're using. Great fun on the light stuff, and very acrobatic when they want to be. Would have been very entertaining Cheers Hodgey

monch
Top catch there Buster 1! What outfit is that by the way, it sure brought that jumping torpedo undone. I can tell the reel is a TD advantage but that's about it. Mind giving some details on your setup (line class, size etc)? Much appreciated
