Roffo Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 Hi Gang, Got to the Lake (Lyell) at about 7.30am, first fish landed was about 8.00am on a bait which measured 41cm. That was the only decent rainbow caught the other 4 fish caught looked to be last years spawn run, they were all about 15-20cm long. Still no fat rowe carriers to be seen. Might give it a couple of weeks and do the TCD thing.... Cheers Roffo

Roffo Posted June 16, 2009 Author Posted June 16, 2009 No Worries Sayo, I would get the crews to stay in close to the shore within 20 or 30 metres ,all the fish seem to be caught in close. I usually fish one rod in close and the other a good 50 or 60metres out, all of the fish I've caught over the last month or so have been in close. Anyway see what happens.. Goddo luck. Cheers Roffo
