Hi all,

At the end of next week I'm off for 2 weeks to Magnetic Island (tough life having family living there!). Sadly, the boat won't be coming with me but I'll be taking enough tackle to sink Swordy's Polycraft

Hope to have something to report when I get back although to be honest I'm not sure how, where or when I'll get to fish. If anyone else here knows the Picnic Bay jetty on the island, you'll know why I plan to spend some time there if nowhere else... got to love a jetty where you can catch GTs, Spaniards, Queenies and the like.

Good luck Slinky as you know i was in Townsville a couple of weeks ago.Could not get out to the reef to windy.But if you can get into a small boat Croc creek on the right side of Townsville harbour has stacks of big mud crabs.
