PS: I deleted the duplicate post for you. Tan I absolutly agree Tan. There is nothing better than hooking up a salmon off the beach as the sun comes up and seeing him jump out of the surf. Better than a boat sometimes because you can be into the bacon and eggs within 5 minutes at Narrabeen Well done young Gun!!
Young Gun
Thanks guys, Nah no Aerials but put up a good fight all the same. Nothing beats a decent sambo on the end of the line, especially with a light beach outfit. But your feet get cold Thanks Tan, New to fishing forums as im in yr 11 at school, but slowly getting the idea. Young Gun
Awsome, will keep that in mind john, ive heard great things about snapper fishing. Have you got any idea on what type of sharks they would have been? I was told by my dad that they could have been school sharks? could that be true? They looked 1.2-1.5mish but didnt actually measure them. cheers Young Gun

Fermat
Hey Young Gun - Nice work. I fished Bilgola beach from 5.30am to 8am on Saturday morning. Two guys, four rods, 2.5 hours. Nuffink to show for it, except a beautiful sunrise Looks like the fish were in Avalon ... Do you fish a paternoster rig, or a running rig? (We tried both, and spinning slugs) Fermat
