Squidding

Hi all,

As it's coming up to summer i would really like to be prepared and i am desperate to be able to catch a few squid, both for live bait and also for a feed

My only problem is that i have NO idea how except that you need a squid jig haha ive tried a few times but with zero interest.

Could a few of you guys help me out by telling me :

1: what sort of gear i need and a particular jig recomendation

2: the best retrieve method for the jigs

3: a few good spots in sydney harbour both land and boat based.

You can PM me if you dont like disclosing secret spots.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.
