Squid And The Weather

G'day Joe,

The water temp is more important than the air temp... during the colder part of the year, the squid are often easier to catch in deeper water. The wind only makes a difference in that it makes fishing a little harder and it can stir up the water... squid prefer clean water. If it's cold, windy and the water's stirred up, look for a deeper spot with clean water.
