allrain
Yesterday i was in a tackle shop in Lithgow and noticed spider wire braid at what i thought was a good price for braid. If anybody has used this before i would like their opinion before i part with any money. Thanks
Bubbles
Good to use in smaller kgs but tends to "fluff" after a while , one of the better ones but not the best , if the price is right go for it . Bubbles

abecedarian
I've used spiderwire in 6lb, wasn't that impressed with it. It started off yellow but faded to white after two sessions. It was strong enough, seemed to float more than 4lb fireline (made it harder to get lures down deep with lighter weights) but that's to be expected. The fading did it for me because I wanted a high visibility line from bream fishing with soft plastics around oyster racks. If the money was right and you don't mind the colour fading quickly then go for it. Otherwise keep looking, something else will turn up.
Moro Mou
Hello Gulp625, Agree with all the comments as i have had mixed sucess with spiderwire. Some has been very good while other frays and breaks easily. I have purchased from 6 to 14 lb. By saying this if i see it on special i still buy it. Maybe i am just a sucker for a bargain.
