Not only Lake Macquarie. We put 6 traps behind Milson Island on christmas eve for 2 just legal crabs. Then moved to bar point & set the 6 traps again for another 2 although a little bit bigger. The only saver was a 45cm flatty caught while waiting for crabs. Now the rain has started in earnest I expect that the crabs will be even more scarse.
