quinny490 Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 (edited) We headed out of the river with the boys and decided to anchor around the refinerery. We burlied hard for about half an hour and then we were just about to move spots and then next thing we knew it zzzzzzzzzzz....my eight year old was on to a big flattie. Minutes later, he was on again to a nice sized trev measuring 47cm....besides those fish it was pretty ordinary with a lot of undersized reddies caught on sp's. All in all we caught 5 keepers including a nice tailor, a bream and another flattie on sp's just wide of towra. It was a good day especially for my younger son who caught the two largest fish .
