In The Harbour

went out with my mate nicko one morning expecting nothing more then small snapper.

rocked up at 6 and caught nothing decent...

we were gonna swing past the fish markets to impress the parents (dont tell me u havent thought of that one before )

we packed up to leave..walking off the wharf i noticed a skool of about 60 squid just floating on the surface of the water!! scrambling for our squid jigs we managed to bag a half a dozen before they knocked off.

also managed to pick up a 2kg octopus while reeling in the squid jig!

well worth getting out of bed early for
