Kirks Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 Hey Guys Headed out with browney1 yesterday for a fish. after monday's all day showers our hope for going out for a fish was in the drain but it turned out to be a fantastic summer's day. Got down to the spot at 10am and set three rods with pilchards and a live poddy mullet. The bites were hard but not constant, after three missed strikes mikey finally sets the hook into a steam train of a fish. After a 5 minute fight a lovely fat bream its brought in. With a length of 32-33 cm its was a lovely fish. After a looooonggggggg wait I finally got a decent bite and a spirited fight I brought in lovely 23cm bream. Next fish was a very small tailor and that was all the fish for the day. finished at 3pm A great sunny day but it was a bit slow, but hey thats fishing. Mikey will put up pics later. Thanks for reading Cheers Steve
Kirks Posted December 30, 2009 Author Posted December 30, 2009 Hey Stewy Thanks for having a look. Thanks for the offer would be great, you got me my best jewie, so some more bream on poppers would be amazing. Have been stocking up on bream lures. Have a look out for my yamba report in a few weeks. Cheers Steve
