Botany Bay GFC Boat Sniper captured a 204kg Blue Marlin yesterday on a non point score day for the club the first capture for the season it was a great fish.

Where abouts did you pick him up?

Im heading out on sunday if the weather gods are kind, only the second trip for the new boat so im keen to get the monkey of the back.

I was on the boat with Anthony when the beast was caught, the fish was hooked on the shelf just around the Kink. the lure was some cheap online shop job !!!

Not one piece of the fish was wasted, it was all cut up and divided between everybody... still not bad to eat at that size, i think just as long as you dont eat it to often each week the mercury levels aren't too much of a problem.
