Davemmm
Bundeena - Safe for Kids Depends on which direction the seas are running. generally though it is alright. Fishing can be a bit ordinary it has a long flat sand area leading into it that doesnt attract a hell of a lot. Jibbon isnt too bad for the kids either but it drops off into deep water quick. Once again depends on the sea direction. Fishing at jibbon is a bit better as Gunyah point goes alright at times for a variety and if you walk right around to the east end of the beach you can land some nice fish from the rocks there. A.dawg
if your fishing gunyah the main fish there are Flathead and whiting beach worms and nippers are an awesome bait. My pb flathead was from there on live yakka's Fishing jibbon will produce ALOT of bream and salmon off the rocks left of the entrance to the beach which may be a bit dagerous for the kids. Here you will need to use heavier tackle as it is common to lose Tackle to snags. Bream are alot larger on he east side off the beach and you must have very good bait pressentation, Fish are getting smart. Hide the hook and onli expose the point and use the lightest tackle possible. When fishing around here i like to either use pillies or nippers have seen kingies been pulled in landbased too. Also remember squidjigs... MONSTERS around those areas. Goodluck and tell us how you go
