At the very last minute on friday, Myself and abuman decided to make a trip down to sydney and get amounst it.. :1fishing1:

I got in touch with "Tan the fisherman", And we were to meet with him at Rose bay at about 6am and follow him out..Boat and car are all loaded and ready to go..

Up at 2am, and on the road.It is goinig to be a hot day and we are al prepared..Then we had a few problems on the way down, which made us running late. We were to late to mmet up with Tan so we headed for Botany Bay..

At the new ramp in Port Botany, I was impressed. A very good job.. However if a few people would clean thier mess up after they clean thier fish it would be excellent. The wind was up a little..

Botany Bay has never been good for us.. We have always caught fish, not always the best fish or keepers though. And once again with the wind it was choppy.. We went outside the heads first for nothing..Water temp was 22c and there was nothing on the sounder anywhere. So we came back to the container wall where all the other fishos where.. Once again nothing on the sounder, But did get 4 snapper just undersize ..

Wind was still up so we headed of towards the cook bridge to see if we could get outter some of this wind and sun..Here around the bridge and marina we managed 8 more just undersize snapper (27cm), 3whitting and 4 yellowtail..

We called it a day about 3pm.. Even though we had no keepers everyone else we talked to had either no luck at all or only a few fish just legal??? :05:

As it turns out we were outter there before the change and storm.. Over all we had a good day and something was landed in the boat and that is the main thing as i am not a big fish eater... BUT, i love to fish
