swong
Hi, Just joined today after poking around for a few weeks. I've just picked up fishing as a hobby and I'm loving it. . .I enjoy the wait, putting the rigs together and throwing catches back in (i actually dont like eating fish ). . .and so far, people who i bump into at wharves are quite friendly and talkative. Anyways, thought i would also thank everyone cos i've learned so much from reading people's posts and guides here. In fact, I caught my first fish using a SP (a small flathead at Fig Tree Bridge) after reading info here! Unfortunately i doubt ill be able to contribute much except for questions and ignorance .. . .but thanks again
slinkymalinky
Questions are welcome and there's no such thing as ignorance... every fisho will tell you that the learning never stops. Welcome to the site, contribute whatever you like, whenever you want... and don't be shy about asking for any help you need. We're a very friendly bunch. Congratulations on your first fish on plastics. I love hearing about these sorts of milestones. So feel free to post about them. See you round the forums. Cheers, Slinky
