Rod Advice Needed

Hey all,

I am in search of some advice and as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated. It is for a present and so a speedy response would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking at two rods. The saltiga 60B overhead and the saltiga 55B overhead. Question is which would be better suited to jigging and downrigging with 50lb braid? Is the 55B too stumpy or is the 60B too light? The jigs being used are usually 200 to 300g.
