tyrone07
Had coast bloke out for the day yesterday hoping to get him onto his first fish on plastics. Was one of the slowest days ever and everything went wrong. It was windy most spots were unfishiable and my electric motor battery went flat after about 1/2 hr use. But this didnt stop us. To cut a long story short hamish pulled a bream of around 20cm from underneath a wharf. I managed a tiny lizard when we stoped for drink break. We decided we needed aat least 1 fish so we hit the racks at kincumber with no electric. I pulled the only legal of the day at 30cm. It was one of the slowest days ive had on brizzy waters and will prob be back out on tuesday.

Guest fishrunner
Well done on 1st bream on sp's, it starts to get a bit more consistant after you crack the 1st one!. What happened to the battery?, not charged fully?, or some sort of failure?. wouldn't have been quite as relaxing without the old electric!, cheers
tyrone07
IM not sure what went wrong with the battery but i think we were using it going into the wind alot anf=d probarly not fully charged. The electric is brand new and usually alot more efficent. I think i might need a new battery. As for the bream we found good numbers of little fish around 15cm .Couldnt locate any decent 1s except for 1 in kincumber racks once again
