Fuel Question

hi Raiders.

Just a quick question is it ok to use unleaded fuel mixed with 2 stroke oil in my 70 horse power 2 stroke jonson seahorse?Want to hit botany bay in my new well old runabout i just got.

I use unleaded in my Yamaha 55 hp but I always use the 98 high octane,,,, mind you there is NO leaded fuel anymore

I mix at 100:1 for a Yamaha but I think a Johnson is at 50:1 so that is 10 litres of petrol to 200ml of oil, it dosent hurt to put 10 or 20ml extra oil in to be on the safe side either

yeah as said u have to mix the oil in the fuel tank mix it really well dont just pour it in and hope for the best as ive seen some do its a 50-1 mix 50 parts fuel 1 part oil

Saw the both of you on the water Sunday Did you escape the throwbacks.

No boat is older than mine or as rough looking but it catches fish.

The boat ramp at Kyeemagh is quite busy but every one is very friendly and help full

for a change.

I dont normally fish weekends and now no why.
