Aqua Naut
Headed out for a quick 2 hours fish before work and headed straight out to the drop offs outside little bay. Found a massive school of bait and some good returns beneath on the sounder so out came the Halco 40grm chromies and started jigging. Dropped down to about 40 feet and straight away hook up on a solid bonito. There were hundereds following it up as I got it close to the boat. There were a few kings (rats) amongst them too. Hooked several times on the bonnies. Landed 8 in 30 mins all around the 50cm mark. The kings were not having a bar of it just coming up for a look and then back down to the bottom. Also lost 2 big Bonnies close to the boat. It was then time to head back and get ready for work but it was great fun being out there. Try again next week. Tight lines!!!
