GregL
G'Day Raiders Been a little busy of late and haven't been fishing enough! To burn off some energy I went for a little bush walk in a local park near where I live. Took the camera to play with as I need to brush up my photographic techniques and get use out of all that expensive stuff that sits in the corner.... Hope you enjoy a few. slinkymalinky
Awesome macro work, Greg. Not easy getting good shots at that range and with that depth of field. Niiice. By the way, thanks for the tip of the jigging glove with the spin rod for monduran. Saved me my fingerprints. Cheers, Slinky
olitay
whats the camera and lens mate?
GregL
Them ones are from an older model Canon 20D with a 100mm macro lens, 50mm fish eye for the tree shot and a 70-200L series for the crabs and dragon fly shots. This is the body I usually take away on fishing trips, the built in flash is great when ya get lazy to pull out a camera and then have to set it up with flash like in the higher 5D's and so on. Iv'e had this one for 4 years or so and 2 services after big live aboards to get rid of any salt, it still churns out a decent shot and I have no idea! Who says good gear doesnt help!
