Gday Raiders,

As seen in my other post in the reports section, i recently lost my Dolly Virginity and today i prepared it for the kitchen.

Using a light coat of flour and some of the "Green salad sprinkle" from the guys at Australian Bush Spices seen here http://www.australianbushspices.com.au/ i cooked it up in the pan on a medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkled with a bit of lemon juice, shared amongst 2 other Army boys i live with the general consensus on how it tasted we came up with one word......WOW!

That is some fantastic tasting fish!!! I definately wont be giving too many of them away next time i get a haul!!

Anyway, just thought id let you know how it went and to give you all a heads up on the Australian Bush Spices guys. All aussie owned, all aussie products!!
