Which brand & style of jigheads do you prefer to use for the majority of your fishing?

I mainly use Owner & TT heads. I always have a few Gamakatsu & Nitro heads in my gear but probably 70% of the time I use Owner. I like them as they are sharp & strong plus the weedless heads are handy also as they allow me to fish areas where normal heads snag up.

Owner (round black painted heads and weedless) and Gamakatsu (darter!!) mostly , although latley have been using some of the ultralight Nitros for breaming.

mainly TT's for everything except deep bass. Like Nitro painted heads in 1/2oz for that. Swoff try gamma round 211's in 1/16 size 2 or round 29's 1/12 size 4 for better hook strength (still not perfect though)

Squidgy finnesse for bass minnows and gamma 211s for grubs

90% of my fishing is done with TT's and I love the HWS heads. I also have a few Nitros and Gamma's

My mate has just bought a 1/16 and 1/32 Do-It moulds from the states. We have been using Mustard hooks because that's all we can get our hands on locally. We are in the process of ordering some Owner hooks from the states so we should be using home made heads from now on

Nitros Nitros and more Nitros, with a growing collection of Gamma 211,Arky and Darter heads, and some TTs...would like to try the new Nitro Torpedo tho ...after losing a big ass luderick whilst using a Squidgy jig I havent bought any since

For most of my fishing I use Redbacks but I also use the smallest Squidgie Ball Heads for 1" presentations. The Owners also get used a fair bit and I have just purchased some of the TT Hidden Weights to see how they go.

I think the hidden weight heads will be a goer but at this stage I have only seen them up to 1/20th ounce. Thats fine for the smaller tides here but having a bigger range up to about 1/8 would be more useful I think. There is ample room on the hook shank for more weight.

Do they come heavier than 1/20 ?
