Mr Squid
Joined the masses out at Browns yesterday in search of gold, with the result being one small fin on the troll about 5nm north east of the mountain in 23.4C water temp. As luck would have it just as we finished having a bottom bash and was about to head for home had a good size (about 100 - 110kg) stripy swim around the boat. Just watched as this magnificant fish had a look around. Did anybody find yellowfin in numbers and size yesterday. Squiddy

The boat you were taking about were about 4 mile SE. Heard them on the radio say they had 4 up to 50kg so it was a real good effort on there behalf. dave nagy
yep had a blast yesterday Got a striped marlin of 80kg. lost a black about 100-110kg after about 5-10min on. It jumped on the line. And lost another marlin after a quick hook up. Got 2 dolphin fis at a fad that someone had put out and also taged 3 fellow fin around the 8-10 kg. triple hookup. All before lunch and nothing after lunch besides beer. At a count in the distance we counted 35 boats on the mountain + a heap out on the horozion. We got the fin in about 100 fa and south of the mountain about 8-10nm. Not bad fishen off a city
