Michael Hatte
Hey Guys and Girls, will be heading up to Nambucca for 4 days for some serious river and beach fishing. Good reports at the moment of monster Tailor and Bream off the beaches and the flicking for flathead is always an option in the rivers at anytime of the year. I will be heading up at night on weds 4th aug so can get a full days fishing on thursday. Trip from sydney takes around 5-6 hours depending on how many stops you do. Let us know if your keen to come up or if you already live up that way drop us a message and we'll catch up for a fish. You will need a boat or yak to fish rivers and also need the boat or yak to get you accross to fish south beach. Tides will be perfect for fishing the river during the mornings and rising tides for fishing the beaches in the afternoons/dusk. My old man just fishes Valla beach these days, its his one stop shop. Whiting, tailor, bream and belive it or not the occasional reddie after heavy seas. Looking foward to the catch up and if the weather is crap theres always Mick
rickb
Mick tell your old man to walk across deep creek at the outlet at valla and fish the point on bucca side,I use to live on the beach until our move to Bowra. On the run out after big wet always picked up a huge jewie on worms. cheers Rick.
