squidboy
Big Mick, a few trevs, sambos and tailor. Not many kings, and watch out some markers have the good old Leather school all over them. Cheers Squidboy
zen801
G'day, Last few times i have fished MH its been pretty dead. This time of year i think the main harbour is a better option. MH usually shiuts down for a few months in winter and it wont get better until the water starts to warm up again in about september. Thats usually when i start fishing it again. There will still be the odd king and jew but they will be far and few between. Cheers Mike
stefan
i think this is the time of the year where we as fisherman must band together and each catch our bag limit of leatherjacket....hey maybe if we all keep doing that then someone's gonna find a good use for them

Piss'n'Broke
Still plenty of kingys to be had but time, patience and perservance is needed. Greg was out yesterday with Kelly, they had 5 hookups, missed the strike on two, landed 1 legal(70cm+), one rat, and had the other spit the bait 3-5ft under the boat and casually swim away. Bugga! Good luck with it. Dan
