Adding A Motor To My Boat.

hey everybody,

im looking at adding a motor to my boat,its a 14ft fibreglass cabin boat,

ive been offered 2 motors a 45hp crysler (early 80's) or a 25hp johnson seahorse(late 70's) there both priced at 350 both recently serviced

im wannting to spend up to 600 for a motor, maybe somebody has 1 for sale on here?

do either of the motors have forward controls? i need an outboard for my Haines Hunter V146C half cabin as i took my engine off it to put on my new boat. i need a motor so i can sell it as i dont need the boat anymore and it is unlikely to sell without an engine,

both of them got sold but i know a bloke who has 2 40 johnsons 74 models in good condition. there both $350 and hes gunna install it for another 100 with foward controls, pm me if you want his number
