Where are you going?.

And where did you get the flies for 20c???

I have made many myself with various results, for both pigs and blackies.

Ever tried any bread flies?

thanks for posting!

Hi nanook i will be fishing the northern beaches for blackfish

well try anyway. The flys i got from my mates store he makes them

for me at mates rates.

Never used bread flies i guess they would work well for blackfish

in a little white wash from the stones.

cheers

Hi Jerad yes i have tried weed flys while we had our live baits out off Devils Gorge. I had a ball they worked great and was even lucky enough to get the odd drummer which was nearly as much fun as a king. But I have never tried else where with them.

Hi Outfisher, weed flies work a treat. we use them on the central coast fly rodders outings off the rocks for drummer, the material is called "ice yarn"

Just make sure you tie them on strong hooks, sportfish sell them tied by a fellow member Paul McGrath

Hope this help
