Good Day On The Hacking

Hi all

hit the hacking today in a mates boat in with the best weather anyone could ask for.started the day by heading out for a troll around the back off jibbon bomie with a nice size ground swell running we had to give it a wide birth so we just did the troll around the side then back up round to shark island just as we turned to go down the side off the bommie the rod with the biggest lure go's off pulled hard for only lest then a min then nothing no pull just waight so wound the line in,a baby bonito only round 30cm into the bait tank for later on. After a while got another two bonnies then went dead as the dolphens turned up so we headed up river just for a look around, has to be the cleanest systems in sydney by far, anyways headed towords audly seen the bigest school off blackies maybe 100 or so plenty off whiting and some big bream around the rockbar at audly. Ended up with to leagle bream and one whiting. all in all a good day out.

p.s there's some big whiting in the system.

Mate your not wrong about the cleanest waterway in sydney, the water was crystal clear today.We had a squid only managed 2 and saw plenty thumper whiting.

well done mate, I was supposed to be out there, but got stuck again
