Landbase Squidding

Hi fishraiders just after some help would like to do some land based squidding after any pointers of where to go in the Sydney apart from the spit bridge Wich is my usual spot thanks

Yea mate has been slow and the ones that are there a quite small at the moment to

was at the spit last saturday at low tide mid morning and casted a jig to kill some time after a rock climbing session. 3rd cast caught a huge calamari with another one following it which i missed out on. Id say u shud stick 2 the spit area but dont fish just the bridge... 300-400m down and up stream on either side pending on wind (purely so its not miserable). i dont usually fish the area but by looking at the day on the side i was on i literally saw 20+ spots to try. Just dont pick the obvious wharfs/deep areas all the time. Weed is +

Hey mate im just back from rose bay wharf where i landed 4 nice size squid you should give there a try some night its good i try and fish there about half hour before sunset until about 8 that seams to be when they go of the bite

Ah sweet rose bay, which wharf the one that the ferries pull upto or the one parallel to catalinas? thanks in advance!
