Does anyone catch blackfish at Clifton Gardens and if so which end?

I have never caught any from there but I do remember seeing heaps of good sized luderick about half way down the pier before!

I've seen plenty caught there. Mostly about 1/2 way along the jetty on the Northern side.

i dnt go for them but i consistently see a whole lot of them towards the start of the wharf to about half to 3 quaters of the way up, alot of leather jacket aswell around the piers

Have fished there a number of times but have not seen any luderick caught there. That's not to say that they aren't there but you'd have to target them specifically I'd think.

I have seen them caught regularly there by the locals. Sorry I cant give you more details other than they do get them there as I dont chase them.

Hi there just to let u know i have seen and caught blackfish there on a number of occasions, using rock cabbage. The spot was just before the stairs on the left hand side............good luck and tight lines
