Land based
This is a bit late but last Saturday 12-9-10 i was down at Clifton Gardens wharf with a mate for the day fishing we got there about 9am at lunch we had caught nil fish but was having a good time cause it's the 1st time wetting a line in 6 months. then a boat pulled http://www.tribalwar.../deerubbun.html up with a heap of Aboriginal kids from the NT with hand lines they stayed for about 30 mins for nil fish but they told me that they had caught a couple of bream and a Flathead at cockatoo island about a hour before. When they left we started thinking it was time to go when a couple of guys and i think a wife came down with 8 kids all the kids had new $5 rod and reels from Woolies 1 of the fathers had his tackle box after they riged and the baits in the water 5 mins later the kids started reeling the line in and the next 10mins was trying to get the tangle out. We left at 2pm for a grand total of NIL fish but just seeing the Kids having a great time made up for no fish I would just like to add the Kids from NT and the Helpers was some of the most polite people i have met
