surely there is someone that can wing 4 days next week and join me for one of my last trips down to Kanangra ck.

As you can see from past reports, and the latest one from last week with Dean ( DWAG), the fishing is hot,hot,hot..but so is the weather soon.

PM Dean to get a reference about me- I'm easy going, happy go lucky and also have extra camping gear to cover what you don't.

Perfect trip is 1 day in ( easy 6 hr day, mostly downhill). 2 days on stream and a lazy 8 hr walk out.

For those who are keen but not in fit or average state- I am happy to carry all the heavy stuff, as most of my gear is down there already.

As Summer is coming fast , this is now the perfect time to go there as the days are longer, and the nights are not cold.

So for all you that have thought about it, but scared of the distance- it seriously isn't that bad, just long. I wear sneakers to walk in, and the trail is easy and you can just put your "thumb in bum" and make an easy day walk in and out.

I can go any day, so please PM me anyone that is interested, and also do not be afraid to say you need extra gear or a lighter load to carry as I will carry as much as I can.

I have extra tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, headtorches, stoves, packs, goretex jackets etc etc etc.

I had the BEST time last week with Dean, and it is so much better to go with someone else as I get sick of talking to the voices inb my head!.

Your trips to Kanangra look like an escape to heaven on Earth,and your reporting and photography skills belong in the glossy magazines.

Your kind offer to take another Raider along ,and immerse them in those wonderous surroundings,with some unforgetable fishing experiences sounds like an offer too good to refuse.Unfortunatly for me unless this package comes with a fly in fly out option,i will have to pass .

Thanks for your kind invitation,and any time your are on the Central coast,give me a hoy and i'll take you out to sea for the day.

Matt, if I didn't have final examinations coming up in the next month I would definitely come along... I'm not afraid of a little exercise and would love to give fresh water fishing a go myself. Good on you for helping fellow fishos get onto some great fish. Will you be around Winter next year?
