ruski
G'day guys and girls, Quick report and a few photos from our recent NSW road trip and the Skeeter owners tournament. 10 days and 3300km, we had a great time on the road On our trip, we stopped at Forster, South West Rocks, Taree, Lake Mac and the Hawkesbury. Highlights of the trip would have to be South West Rocks and Taree, with some outstanding fishing in the afternoons, catching mulloway, flatties and bass from the same spot and the surface fishing in and around the racks Sorry if the photos take a while to load, i may have got a bit carried away

ruski
Great work guys! I was a the skeeter weekend with my uncle and for us it was really tough going but you guys did it easy I was actually in one of your photos but its hard to make me out lol You guys have a great looking boat but i noticed you checking some scratches on the sunday NSW sure has alot of nice waterways hey Pete G'day Pete, Hope you guys had a great weekend too! Saw your post as well, guessing you guys had the 4stroke Yammie? Haha wouldn't say we did it easy...Lost an absolute horse on the Saturday, when the braid cut through the leader on the take... Great to watch (surface) but heart breaking and that's how we got the scratches... racks are just too tight especially when the wind gets up, or when someone is on to a fish, the other has to grab the net and you just can't stay on the leccy the whole time. Left the boat up in Sydney, should look as good if not better than new in about 2 weeks time Plus that gives me another excuse to drive up and fish my way down NSW is just unreal and the further north you go, the better it gets... will have to try and make it a yearly trip from now on. Cheers, Paul
